To watch a family movie is to watch it like a kid would, to think like a kid. There are family movies out there that bore me to death but if they entertain and ring true to our younger viewers, isn’t that what matters?! On the other hand, Hollywood has been injecting some adult themes into family movies, some can even be quite weird for little kids to grasp, just for the sake of widening target audience but if they compliment the story and don’t take away the moral valuable lesson or the message that kids could learn, then by all means. But then again, there were some that were just mediocre and a big pile of mess like Shorts, Imagine That, Race To Witch Mountain. Here’s my list of 10 best Family movies of 2009, in order of awesomeness, after this jump…
