10 Most Depressing movies of all time!

10. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

It’s a pointless movie. Haley Joel Osment should’ve just stayed as that kid that can see dead people instead of doing this depressing film

9. MAGNOLIA

Lives collide and transform themselves into a crying spree. Aimee Mann’s song “It’s not going to stop, so just give up” isn’t helping either.
8. TERMS OF ENDEARMENT

I can’t believe this movie actually won Oscar for best picture. What upsets me more is that it happened in the same year that I was born.
7. LEAVING LAS VEGAS

A movie can be so good and yet so depressing

6. HOUSE OF SAND AND FOG

Need I say more?!

5. CAST AWAY

For pit’s sake, Get off the island!! Somebody, Anybody… please rescue Tom Hanks and that bloody friend Wilson!!

4. THE COLOR PURPLE

This film is a milestone, no doubt. But after I watched the whole thing, my heart felt heavy.

3. THE HOURS

Who can forget Ed Harris’ jump out of the window.

2. A CRY IN THE DARK

“Dingo ate my baby!”, I don’t know whether to laugh or feel sad,.. very, very sad.

1. REQUIEM FOR A DREAM

This movie can turn any happy go lucky guy into a suicidal emo that cuddles in a fetal position, on the corner, rocking back and forth.
