DARFUR Trailer Can’t Spell

Uwe Boll's Darfur

Here’s another round of ‘let’s make fun of Uwe Boll‘. What’s cool about this game is that we don’t need to try too hard because his body of work speaks for itself. The worst filmmaker of our time tried to tackle the most critical human subject of our generation, hey don’t look at me, I’m as confused as you are. I’m aware George Clooney and Don Cheadle are fighting for the cause of DARFUR but I doubt they’d be pleased to know Uwe Boll has tried to depict it in a movie. Twitch found the trailer for DARFUR but filmschoolrejects points out its biggest error, which you can see in the image above. The trailer says ‘Existance’. Thanks Boll, for making us laugh today, we needed it…can’t wait for your next project. Check out the trailer after the jump…

Since 2003 the crisis in Darfur has claimed the lives of over 300,000 civilians. 2,8 million Darfuri have been displaced within Sudan. The JANJAWEED MILITIY & SUDANESE GOVERNMENT FORCES have been responsible for the majority of the rape, torture and murder. 3,8 million people are dependent on international humanitarian aid. One half of these people are beyond the reach of such help.

In 2009 a group of international Journalists visited a village in the Darfur region under the protection of the AFRICAN UNION (AU).
They were never the same again …
Starring Billy Zane, Matt Frewer, Kristanna Loken and Edward Furlong
