When Wanted director Timur Bekmambetov said that they’re going to bring back Angelina Jolie for WANTED 2, everybody scratched their head confused because SPOILER ALERT! the curving bullet landed in her character’s head at the end of the movie. Bekmambetov told MTV how they might pull this off without revealing too much
“If you remember from the first film, we have a recovery room with the baths of wax,”
“We know how to do this, but it’s still tough to do, because the bullet is inside her head.”
“But there has to be a reason for her to come back… and we know the reason,” he added. “I think we found the reason for her to come back.”
“we are trying hard.”
“She was kind of… dead,”
Boy that is quite the wax bath. Can heal the wounded AND resurrect the dead. I’ve been taking baths the wrong way all this time.
As previously announced, WANTED 2 is being written by Evan Spiliotopoulos (co-writer of Pooh’s Heffalump Movie and its DVD Halloween spinoff) who will be penning the sequel screenplay based on a story by Chris Morgan
Back in my interview with Bemambetov, he said production will start in winter and it will be global, happening in India, Russia, United States.
