I gotta be honest with you, the single biggest reason why I like this movie is because of the princess-like Amy Adams. She is a very beautiful woman, an Oscar nominee for Junebug made her a talented actress, but she is hands down beautiful!
ENCHANTED is a sign that Disney still got it! It has… all the elements you need in a fantasy family/comedy film. It’s not like the movie ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit‘, because this collision between the animated world and the real world is a feel good movie that would mostly capture the hearts of women and children audiences.
Giselle (Amy Adams) is a fairytale princess in the animated world who got banished from the kingdom by the evil witch queen. In the real world she is rescued by a divorce lawyer (Dempsey) and she has to find her way home to the prince she’s supposed to marry but as time goes by she falls in love with the lawyer and now is faced with the choices at hand.

ENCHANTED is a very cute fairy tale! It’s magical, it’s naive but still… magical!
Warning to male audiences everywhere, this movie might cast a spell on you and you might end up having that feeling that you know you need to shake in order to stay a man.
It’s a movie that makes you go, ‘Awww!’
It’s one of those that makes you wish the two main characters would fall in love with one another instead of the other people that each of them is seeing.
If you’re looking for a movie with a happy ending, you’ve come to the right one and just let yourself be enchanted.
One of the funniest parts of the movie is when all the animals of New York City gather to help clean the apartment. It’s disgustingly funny.
