Finally, Miramax has released the official trailer for EVERYBODY’S FINE, via Yahoo. I posted the trailer recently from someone who posted it online after it’s been in theaters for more than 2 weeks. You would think that a caliber name like Robert De Niro would get a better treatment than that. Yes, the movie looks generic and formulaic but so what, every Christmas themed movie usually is, only once in a while would we have something unique like Bad Santa.
Point it, EVERYBODY’S FINE just wants to bring its own familiar heartwarming tale to your homes, that’s all.
De Niro will play a widower who realizes that his deceased wife was his only connection to his children. He decides on a whim to take a road trip to reconnect with each of his grown kids, discovering that their lives are far from perfect.
