I love chocolate, doesn’t mean I want to turn myself into a chocolate, although that wouldn’t be such a bad idea, a wonka good time idea. But Guillermo Del Toro has taken his love of monsters and creatures even way more personal than ever before. In a recent German interview which you can watch via the vibrant video below, GDT revealed that he will have a small cameo in his own big HOBBIT movie…
“In The Hobbit I will play a small monster. I will transform myself in a small creature, not an important monster, just a type ‘background’.”
This is way, way more awesome than M. Night Shyamalan’s cameos in all his movies.
GDT even paid a visit to TheOneRing’s message board to confirm this info…
“I had a hand on the design of the creature and I will personally sculpt the appliances that will be applied on my face and hands. I used to sculpt the creatures for NECROPIA (my FX company) and I miss it a bit. I will have a line or two and die quickly.”
