The sight of Johnny Depp can make girls tremble and give up their purity. Whenever his name is mentioned, hysterical screaming follows. I know people who worship the ground he walks on, Johnny Depp is so filthy rich he could even probably buy an island, wait, doesn’t he already have one?
If there’s one man on earth whose stardom won’t fade for the next hundred years to come, it’s Johnny “swashbuckling” Depp. Movie projects are lining up like, a welfare line, for a chance to get Depp as their lead star.
Next up, is the adaptation of the 2002 Novel IN THE HAND OF DANTE by author Nick Tosches. Via Variety, Johnny Depp’s production company Infinitum Nihil has bought the rights to the book and he will produce the screen version with his business partner, Christi Dembrowski.

But one of my most anticipate Depp projects is his return as the great Gonzo in THE RUM DIARY based on the book by the late author, Depp’s hero, Hunter S. Thompson. Depp played him before in the awesome, psychedelic-ride movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
