As of today, it’s estimated that the Vampire Romance movie, TWILIGHT will reap about $93.3 Million at domestic Box office. As you know by now, the sequel, NEW MOON has been greenlit by Summit Entertainment and via Edwardandbella.net, the script by Melissa Rosenberg is almost to its completion. Kristen Stewart was on Ryan Seacrest radio show and said that the filming will most likely start in March 2009 and they will film it in Italy,
damn lucky people, Recently it was revealed that they get paid more for the sequel and now they get to go to Italy… I’m in the wrong business! She also said she understood why teen girls everywhere can connect with her character, Bella.
“A lot of the book takes place in Italy, and I think we’re going to get to go to Italy, which is so cool,”

“I mean, you read the book and you feel like you are the character. It’s a totally vicarious experience. She’s such a good strong female character. I can understand why girls put herself in that position.”
Really? Is she serious?
I’ve never read the book but from what I can remember in the movie, Bella was anything but “good strong”
She was immature and easily influenced because she tends to act on her emotion.

The Principal Photography for TWILIGHT took 44 Days to shoot.
I’ve never read NEW MOON.. so you’re probably be more knowledgeable as to how big the scope of the story is.
If they’re going to film it in Italy (a bigger location than Oregon) I’m assuming, it might take more than 44 days, starting March 2009, for it to be done,

Rama, Hate to say it…but the books are WAY better than the movie!!!! So, unless you read the books, it’s going to be a little difficult for you to make a judgement of the character Bella. Yes, I will agree that she was portrayed terribly in the movie, part of the blame must go to Kristen Stewart as she was just TERRIBLE!! The 2nd book only takes place in Italy for a brief time…I would say 99% of the book is in Forks…so, I guess they will be filming more in Oregon than in Italy. Anyways, when it comes to this movie, if you need any help with your review and any references to the book, please, feel free to contact me.
