According to Michael Cera, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT Movie Is Hypohetical?

As big fan of the short-lived series ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, of course I’m anticipating the big screen version and last I heard almost all the actors involved in the series are down with the idea and can’t wait for the show’s creator Mitch Hurwitz to come up with the story. Recently he joked around about the possible plot.
Everybody wants to do it except Michael Cera. That was the assumption.. that Cera is the only one holding this back and some say it’s because fame got to his head, he’s all Mr. big time movie star now. However, MTV got Cera to talk and he said the problem is everybody’s hyping it up but there’s no story yet.

“There’s no script or anything, so the movie I think is more hypothetical than people think,”
“I’d possibly play the part. I’d possibly put the script in my shredder…I’m enjoying being the villain.”

I don’t blame him, I’m a story kind of guy. A film can be low budget and low production but if it’s got a groundbreaking story or a remarkable concept, I’m all in. It’d be cool to see him return as the confused, awkward George-Michael Bluth who’s in love with his own cousin.
