ROCK but it has been passion project for super producer Joel Silver for nearly 20 years and it will now finally see the light of day, for reals this time. According to Variety and THR, the project is called THE CITY THAT SAILED, housed by 20th Century Fox, produced by Smith’s Overbrook banner. Check this story out, it’s a drama about a father who’s a NY street magician and his daughter who lives all the way in England, due to family circumstances. The girl discovers a room with magic candles in a lighthouse and she wishes to be reunited with her father, their bond is so strong, Manhattan breaks away and drifts across the Atlantic
