If big names star in an Indie project, does that still make it an Indie film? It seems like Indie films are just easy channels for these A-listers to play roles that they hope will finally give them that Oscar they always wanted. Or maybe it’s just me being all judgmental. Real quick now, moviehole has got its hands on the first look photo of LITTLE FOCKERS, the third installment in the Universal Pictures franchise that started with Meet The Parents. Looks like Jack has found himself another reason to dislike Gaylord again.

Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, Blythe Danner and Robert De Niro and Owen Wilson all reprising their roles, co-starring Harvey Keitel and  Jessica Alba is set to play a drop dead gorgeous pharmaceutical rep whose drop dead gorgeous looks wreak havoc on male characters in the story and Laura Dern plays the headmistress of the elementary school that the Fockers’ kids attend.
John Hamburg wrote the latest version of the script, to be directed by Paul Weitz. The story is set five years later and it will deal with the Fockers, Pam and Greg and their twin children.

Ya know, when trying to guess who’s going to get cast in the upcoming LITTLE FOCKERS, the third Universal Pictures installment that started with Meet The Parents, you’d think that the actors will be from Ben Stiller’s frat pack, anybody from the Wilson brothers, Jack Black, maybe even Will Ferrell but another actor has joined the cast and it’s from De Niro’s circle of friends, Harvey Keitel (Taxi Driver)… Read the rest of this entry »
