Ang Lee Taking Woodstock

I’m hugely disappointed with Taking Woodstock. I expected more from the Oscar winning director who usually can take us into an emotional heavy drama with great themes and depth to the characters But Ang Lee fell short, Taking Woodstock didn’t even care to explore more than it could, for lack of a better word, in the end it felt like a big Blah. “going back to the good old, tragic, suicidally depressing Ang!”

Good!
But if all goes well as planned, Ang Lee is going to bring us the adaptation of LIFE OF PI first.

My friend Nina is a big fan of the book, she’d be excited to hear that Lee has given the world some update, via DigitalSpy on the development… Read the rest of this entry »
