LOL Miley Cyrus Demi Moore

Let’s see, there’s LOL,, and then LMAO.. if you wanna emphasize it even more, it’s LMFAO.. the world of instant messaging, what would we do without it. I’ve heard about the 2008 French movie LOL: Laughing Out Loud starring Bond girl Sophie Marceau and Christa Theret but I never got around to watch it. But now I have to because the Americanized version is happening… Read the rest of this entry »

THE LAST SONG Trailer

Miley Cyrus

Ya know what, Miley Cyrus may not be the best actress in the world but at least she’s doing her career right, instead of going down the path of.. o I dunno, Lindsay Lohan perhaps. But if I have to hear the song Party In The U.S.A. on the radio one more time, I’d shoot myself. All joking aside, here’s the trailer for THE LAST SONG, via Yahoo, based on the novel by the great author Nicholas Sparks. But just because it’s a Sparks material doesn’t automatically mean the movie’s going to be as great as The Notebook. I thought the movie Nights In Rodanthe fell short, so it all comes down to the vision of the filmmaker in the end and THE LAST SONG is in the hands of director Julie Ann Robinson.
O and by the way, thank god Greg Kinnear plays the dad in this one, Billy Ray Cyrus (Hannah Montanah The Movie) doesn’t belong on the big screen. Watch the trailer after the jump… Read the rest of this entry »

Jackman Is Miley's PERSONAL SECURITY

Hugh Jackman Miley Cyrus

I keep hearing people talking about Hugh Jackman collaborating with Miley Cyrus but I tried to ignore it assuming such a thing would happen only when the 9 planets in the solar system are all in alignment. But lo and behold, according to news.com it’s all true, Jackman has signed on to star with Miley in the tween version of THE BODYGUARD.

This re-imagining, if you will, will be directed by Matt Lieberman (Dr. Dolittle: Tail to the Chief) and it’s going to be titled PERSONAL SECURITY, about a tough New York police detective forced into bodyguard duty for a spoiled teen heiress who has received a kidnap threat. Yup, you guessed it.. Miley will play the cop turned bodyguard and Jackman plays the teen heiress.. wait, I meant the other way around.

There may be Jackman carrying Miley like Costner carrying Whitney, I’m sure Miley will sing a sondtrack song but it won’t be as powerful as Whitney’s I Will Always Love You. And God forbid there’s romance between Jackman and Miley in this movie because that would be wrong in every level.
I guess the fact after two months, X-Men Origins: Wolverine only earned a disappointing $177 Million domestically would make Jackman do just about anything. I thought Hannah Montana: The Movie was catchy but I really hope for some miraculous intervention that this PERSONAL SECURITY movie goes straight to DVD because I don’t feel like paying ticket just to see it on the big screen.

HANNAH MONTANA THE MOVIE Review

I just had to check out what the fascination is all about. HANNAH MONTANA THE MOVIE is definitely just for the fans, I may not fully fathom why little girls are screaming over this superstar story but I’m kinda glad that such a decent role model exists for young viewers today. I just hope she doesn’t sell out one of these years. The movie is.. Read the rest of this entry »
