He was rumored and then denied but now it’s official, Ivan Reitman himself said to MTV that he will be directing GHOSTBUSTERS 3 which will bring back the old team plus a new younger team that they will be mentoring. I try to remember Tim Allen as the Home Improvement Tim Taylor but the truth is, unless he’s voicing Buzz Lightyear for Toy Story, Allen is just not that funny and his movie career isn’t something worth bragging about. Those Santa Clause flicks, Christmas With The Cranks, the last bearable one he did was Galaxy Quest and that was a decade ago.
CRAZY ON THE OUTSIDE is Allen’s feature directorial debut, and the trailer is here, via Yahoo. Let me just tell ya right now, you’re not going to like what you see, this might be one of the worst trailers this year and of course this crapola can only be released in the month of January. It features new profile featurettes on Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), Trudy Chacon (Michelle Rodriguez), Selfridge (Giovanni Ribisi), Dr. Grace Augustine (Sigourney Weaver), and the designs for the Samson, Banshee, Scorpion, Thanator and AMP suit.
