Dreamworks animation has released the teaser trailer for MEGAMIND, via Yahoo, you can watch it using the media player below. I’m not impressed at all… the ‘bad look good’ line seems unoriginal, and the joke about the music being not rockn’roll is also uinventive. I think it’s just another movie in the line of Dreamworks animated films that aren’t that entertaining.

Collider spotted this teaser/video poster for the upcoming comedy THE OTHER GUYS starring Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell at the recent ShoWest.. and surprisingly.. it cracks me up because it makes fun of the cool poses ala Transporter where the heroes would fire their guns while jumping sideways.. of course in this case, hilarity ensues. This one has an interesting concept but I’m not sure if it’s enough to make you laugh. Hollywood Reporter says the stars of the upcoming DINNER FOR SCHMUCKS will reunite for yet another project. Zach Galifianakis and Paul Rudd has signed on to star in the comedy WILL. Produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay. Real quick now, Variety reported that Adam Sandler’s go-to director (Anger Management, The Longest Yard, 50 First Dates), Peter Segal, who also directed last year’s hit comedy Get Smart but couldn’t direct GET SMART 2 yet because WB postponed it due to Steve Carell wanting to do other project including DATE NIGHT with Tina Fey, is in final talks to direct NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
The project previously had David Dobkin (Wedding Crashers) set todirect with Will Ferrell attached to star as a man who moves to the suburbs, joins the neighborhood watch and uncovers an alien conspiracy. But both individuals have left the project, which is housed at 20th Century Fox

A few months ago, it was announced that Will Ferrell has replaced Robert Downey Jr. as the voice star in the upcoming Dreamworks animated movie OOBERMIND as a supervillain who finds life a little dull after vanquishing good-guy rival Metro Man. Oobermind find his days of victorious life quite boring without an adversary so he creates a new superhero, Titan who also wants to be bad, forcing Oobermind to switch sides and become the unlikely hero.Tina Fey will voice the reporter tasked with keeping track of the city’s confusing superhero situation, Brad Pitt voicing Metro Man and Jonah Hill as Titan. Just another round of Dreamworks animated movie that focus more on giving you A-list names instead of putting emphasis on the story or characters like what Pixar has been able to do so well for more than a decade. Back in Spring, we were surprised by the info that the crazy filmmaker behind zombie nazi movie Dead Snow, Norwegian director Tommy Wirkola came up with the idea to develop a twisted version of the classic tale titled HANSEL AND GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS, housed at Paramount and produced by the Gary Sanchez prods. folks, Kevin Messick, Adam McKay, Will Ferrell and Chris Henchy. Last month Dwayne Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson joined the cast of the comedy THE OTHER GUYS already starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, Eva Mendes, Michael Keaton, Steve Coogan and Damon Wayans Jr.
Johnson and Jackson play an elite and cocky cop tandem whose exploits are the envy of the department, and the second-tier cops played by Ferrell and Wahlberg.
