TheNewFrontiersman came up with another vibrant video and this one about THE KEENE ACT outlawing all vigilante acts and that includes everybody who likes wearing costumes and masks to clean the streets and take matters into their own hand. Don’t forget to check out the previous awesomeness of Dr. Manhattan. I enjoy all these videos that look like old skool documentary style, very well made and retro. It’s like it really happened at one point in our history.
