WB Does NOT Know what to do yet with SUPERMAN

Superman

While Marvel is leading the competition. WB and DC Comics are scratching their heads, figuring out what to do with their superheroes. But what’s the story on the strongest, fastest superhero of them all?
There was word that Bryan Singer might return to direct the next SUPERMAN Installment titled MAN OF STEEL and after wondering back and forth about whether or not Brandon Routh might return to reprise the role, last info said that he’s in.

But nothing is for sure in the world of the Krypton boy.
Benjamin Franklin once said, “nothing is certain but death and taxes”… well WB can add Superman to that list.

Variety’s Anne Thompson found out that it is a priority at the studio to find the right direction for the next Superman movie.
She went on to say that the studio is giving what sounds to be an ultimatum, if Bryan Singer is willing to do exactly that, then that’s cool and dandy, but if he gets in the way, he is off the project, sayonara!
One studio executive even suggested a very awesome idea by saying that it might be better to start from scratch.
Somebody, give the guy a pay raise!

Look, most of us can agree that we weren’t too psyched about the previous installment Superman Returns. The whole thing with Superman has a child and the child has superpower and the story makes it seem like Superman is the savior of the world is a bit too biblical.

Bring back the truth, justice, and the American Way!

So I’m all for the idea of starting from scratch, it doesn’t have to be a sequel
and I don’t necessarily mean to remake the first Superman movie because I believe that to honor the memory of Christopher Reeve, WB should never make retell Superman’s origin again on the big screen.

I prefer the word reboot, approach it like the movie The Incredible Hulk. Have Superman fight a worthy opponent, a foe with super power, double the action, double the challenges, how about Bizarro, or Mongul, or Doomsday?!… and if you had to put some moral value lesson in the storyline, try to stay away from lovy dubby valentine type story!
Either that or instead of JLA movie, how about teaming up Superman and Batman only call the movie “World’s Finest“?!
Those are just some of my suggestions
What do you think?
